If they called and asked for deliveries, then every bite is a risk from some pissed off migrant liberal cook at the local fast food joint knowing an order is going to the Whitehouse/
If they picked it up, to keep it warm, you need two agents per car in those big black suv's and one going to each fast food company, so 6 places, that's 12 staff, 6 cars that would of been sent out... in a time the Whitehouse is understaffed.
The cost of the food, would be far outweighed by the delivery of it and you the tax payer foot the bill.
