in regards to the constitution there is the senat and the congress that decides finally over wrong decisions a president can do.
and then there is another low that can eliminate this control and give the president the power of a dictator????

i think everyone who trust and believe in the constitution will agree that this have to be changed. otherwise there is no reason to trust or believe in a paper what is contradicting itself.
