It's not something I know about. I have most of my servers at OVH and some at SoYouStart, I self manage, I don't need people to do stuff for me and if I do I pay for a network or sysadmin's time to help me.

I have more than 30 servers at OVH not including some at SoYouStart and some GPU servers I run a neural network on, I also have countless cloud instances scattered around the place for different purposes.

I very rarely need to intervene on a server. If something hardware related goes wrong OVH fix it seamlessly without me even knowing most of the time.

I thought you are familiar with mojohost support level and pricing... thats was why I used as reference
