There is one chick on Twitch who has Tourette Syndrome and she says dirty things for no reason. Watching her play Fortnite while her tics make her talk about dirty things such as "eating her biscuit" was loads of fun.
Twitch is going to became the gateway to camming. Makes perfect sense.
