There's two things you can do here. Create a short url for the target url and link to that or better still, get Chaturbate to come into the 21st century and don't do mobile redirects.
An affiliate link by itself shouldn't cause issues with the better ads standards, but if you have other stuff going on like popups or popunders then they will probably flag affiliate links as well.

Until a human reviewer flags your site and then you're screwed. Nobody can outsmart Google in the end. You might get away with something for a while but when Google catch on you're in strife.
