Ok that's what I thought it was.
This is simply fixed.
Get rid of popups and popunders.
Make sure there's no javascript on your page that will launch a pop up, new tab or pop under that a user hasn't explicitly clicked on and expects that pop up, pop under or new tab.
Make sure ads on your site comply with the Better Ads standards. You can read them here:

Then submit your site for review and there should be no issue.
Apple will be implementing Better Ads standards in Safari from February.
Firefox will probably follow and Chrome definitely implements ad blocking for sites not meeting those standards which is why you got a warning.
