Okay the good news is I just got paid via Paxum.
From the response it is implied I shouldn't use the official 'Request Payout' button or the official affiliate support email, but use [employee's email] because "she is a human". How are affiliates supposed to know this?? Ok, whatever.
Now I have to figure out how to withdraw from Paxum. Yay.
