Anyone know what's going on with them?

At the top of the program site it says "site is closed" but everything still works. If you generate a link and follow it, it's splashed with '404' but below that are linked thumbs to updates and again everything still works. That's for your first link, any others after that don't return the 404 and look fine. With epoch billing pages, it looks like they are trying to keep the sites and all open, but cut out the affiliates. Or am I mistaken?
