This is what Trump does. He does absolutely nothing and then takes credit for it. He is taking credit for the economy but did nothing to help it. Trump walked into office with a perfect economy. At the same time, Trump walked into office with ISIS losing huge amounts of territory shortly before he took office.
As of August the military reported 30,000 ISIS members dispersed throughout Syria & Iraq.

Their physical caliphate was taken over but the people are still there and need to be killed.
