It's well known by many foreigners that you can commit white collar, blue collar crimes here, serve little or no time and be deported.
I'm sure the 16 year old said they were 18 or something. Regardless, the guy will serve his time, be deported, snd sneak accross the borders back to America in no time flat
Sucks but that's reality in every country.
