Gowdy basically impliess the Steele dossier is hearsay.. That Steele compiled a bunch of stories he was told by others.. Get's Comey to admit hearsay is inadmissible in court setting the stage for > (then why use it to obtain a warrant from the court)
Ratcliffe jumps into the FISA application stating at the top "Verified Application" and essentially how one could call it that when the information wasn't verified.
Comey admits that Steele had "no personal knowledge" of "most, maybe all" of what was within the Steele dossier.
Leading to not just hearsay, but double or even triple hearsay...
