This is such nonsense. Pathologizing men for supporting a certain political candidate is inane garbage. This kind of armchair psychoanalysis isn't valuable, or valid, and apparently this was reached by correlating search results for "Trump" and "Viagra"? I'd love to know more about their methodology.

Perhaps this is a function of more granular data in contrast with 2012. Older males will search for Viagra. Also, in the case of ED drugs, that's not insecurity -- it's a question of function. As for male Trump supporters, compared to 2012 a higher proportion were derived from the working-class and have had a rough time for the past 10 years in particular. Mocking these men as being "fragile" for rising suicide rates, opioid addiction, joblessness following automation, illegal immigration and offshoring is simply nasty.
