HIV is not a big deal if you have free meds. The infected people here can live 40-50 years (FYI: a "regular" diabetics will kill you 10x times faster) with that diagnose today and every 5-10 years the life expectation grows for about 10%-20%. Cancer and heart-related diseases are the most dangerous thing here. For example I don't know a single person who has or had&died of AIDS, but I know many who have died of heart attacks and cancer.
