yep it's illegal, I have a friend that's into that stuff, he told me he was going to hook me up with it, I told him no he was not. He knows a lot about it. I know he was in a big panic one day, all his DSS stuff was on his laptop and it was screwed up, so I fixed it for him. God I thought the guy was going to stroke out.
