You were implying the Muller had something to do with this and that is just not so. Nobody having any knowledge of it could come to a conclusion like that , except how implied by you.
What did he have authority to do ? Just what he did as directed by the administration in which he serves.
And it is not military and security issues you were speaking to, it was intelligence.
CIA, NSA, NSC stuff. He did not work any of those posts. nor have oversight.
At the time he was only Sec of State and only enjoyed those duties.
Perhaps you just do not know what those duties are. It's a diplomatic post. Not military or intelligence. The simple fact is, the administration USED him.
Cheney should be in prison.
