They clearly got money hungry after seeing the cash roll in. They then get charged because they kept the money from him claiming he was on drugs as the excuse. Now they are saying he was part of the ruse and it was all a scam..
Maybe it was, but I'd have to see the bum admit he was part of it first because I think this couple is as scammy as they come. I think they are trying to fuck him because they are pissed they are facing charges and blame him..
Granted those are old pictures, but he doesn't have the face of a street addict. Maybe he is, but I don't believe what this couple says to be honest and you know 100% they are the ones who told this new plot twist.

If they were in it together then I don't see why he had to sue them to get money.
Seems like he would get his share and be gone.
"Share" : as if
any of the money should go to the couple.
Nobody would have thought it was a scam if they hadn't scammed the homeless guy until he sued.
Notice in the article "The couple's home was raided"; but no mention of a raid on the homeless guy's home.
