A factory job I started out doing in 1990 just out of High School I made $7.50 and when I left in 2001 I was making $15.75 per hour cause of moving up the food chain. In 2018 this same factory starts workers out at $16.35 per hour.
This story is typical all across America in different industries involving unskilled and moderately skilled labor. It's always the same story. Wages today are about the same as they were fifteen years ago. You can thank illegal labor for that.
