A factory job I started out doing in 1990 just out of High School I made $7.50 and when I left in 2001 I was making $15.75 per hour cause of moving up the food chain. In 2018 this same factory starts workers out at $16.35 per hour.

I think min wage should be $12.
I don't think there should be any minimum wage. Let the markets sort it out.
