I've torn both rotator cuffs, broke my right ankle three times, broke my left knee, shattered ribs, broke my eye socket, broke my collar bone, broke my fingers, bruised a lung and 1/3rd of my brain, lacerated spleen and liver, spine and both hips are degenerating.
