I knew a guy who, when things were not going his way, would start punching holes in his walls. I'm completely serious. Anything could set him off. Sometimes work, or sometimes he would just think that things aren't going his way. He would get completely worked up about it and then POW, his fist goes into his wall. I saw it myself on more than one occasion.
