For your information, useful improvements have been made these recent weeks :
- We brought a new dashboard with more features -> you can now see all the sites you use for each product and most importantly you can delete a site to disconnect it without asking us.
- Integration of the new player « FluidPlayer » (pre-roll in-stream video ads, resolution switcher and more..) in our themes and Clean Tube Player
We will soon implement a chatbot on our website to answer basic questions about small issues that you may face so our team will have more time dedicated to technical problems that you may encounter. For these tickets created, we will provide you an answering time indication so that you won’t think we are ghosting you !
As requested, WP-Script will now be more engaged on forums and Twitter (@wpscript) to give you very regularly news about our weekly work, real-time information about potential problems occuring, or new products that we are currently developing
Thank you guys for your understanding, keep in mind that even if we don’t answer in a minute, you have to know that problems are taken into consideration and we work hard every day to improve our products and remove any flaw also, if you have any recommendation or ideas to upgrade our scripts, don’t hesitate and tell us
