They were even growing the last few months:
And they were still actively buying hardlinks in the past months where they paid for a full year...
They mention ''legislative developments' and 'costly patent litigation' on the closure page, maybe they got issues with law enforcement or got sued and their only option was to close down to get out of it.
Very strange, they could easily have sold for a lot of money, so it must have been something pretty serious for them to just close shop out of the blue.
