There's another forum (more of a fan based one) that I know of, where the mods have been noticeably absent for about 2 years. People complain they can't contact the mods for stuff etc and complain that its not being modded at all. But at the same time, as soon as a hint of underage appears, it disappears just as fast... So someone is looking in, even if they choose not to get involved.
