nope they did not start under trump. SA was in fact the biggest financier of Al kaida and 9/11. but so bold to do it in public they haven't been yet.
he doesn't say that this has to be accepted but that it took place the way the saudies tell it. everyone who adds up 1+1 can know that the saudies lie and laugh their heads off about trumps tries to wash the saudies clean of everything.
i don't know if there has ever been such a case under any president before. but if there had been such a case then no previous president would have been made himself a helper in front of the eyes of the world
