Mark you are better than this click bait crap. Wyoming is one of the biggest states for Oil production in the US and is aggressively growing more and more. Of course it's not progressive thinking of him in general scheme of things, but his job is to look out for this citizens of his state, so obviously this is in their best interest. Don't generalize Republican senators as a whole because oil rich states might want to protect themselves despite progress.
