Gravity is very real, its just got more going on with it than we understand.
"Since light has no mass, how can it be trapped by the gravitational pull of a black hole?"
To which the smarts will reply: "Theory of general relativity says gravity affects anything with energy, and while light doesn't have a mass, it still has energy, and is thus affected by gravity."
So gravity effects energy?... And that's the point it all starts getting extremely weird cos you need to start thinking of gravity as a distortion in space-time more than just a push pull thing.
In many ways.. its better if the earth is flat, you go to church on Sundays and don't ever ponder such things gain.
