and ftr, I loathe trump's negotiating style. nevertheless, the fact is he was going to brutalize the ca economy if ca didn't come to the table and make concessions. if ca had come to the table earlier, perhaps clause 32.10 would not even be in the agreement. the longer trudoil stood defiant against trump, the worse trudoil made it for canadians.
