I don't think anyone said he was screaming. He was losing his cool and was on the verge of tears as you may have scene. I don't think she should be held against anybody, especially when facing accusations that are false. An innocent Judge who wants a seat on the SC though should be always calm, cool and collect.
Also: The fact that he went off on conspiracy theories too also make him ineligible in my opinion.
