That's exactly right. Even if he is 100% innocent of the allegations, I think he disqualified himself in the way he acted. Granted, everyone else in the world would fall apart the way he did in a similar situation and no one can blame him for that if he's innocent, but a Judge about to go to the Supreme Court cannot act like that.
