Yeah, we had 2 houses with 20 flats - the stories I could tell...

My favorite was the guy who slept in a coffin and put burning candles in a 100 year old wooden staircase.

And the German laws favor the renters a lot, as long as the rent is paid it's almost impossible to throw someone out.
