If any of the accusations are true, I'm sure he regreets them now, so I wouldn't fault him for crying. What I would fault him for is going off on stupid conspiracy theories, which is exactly what he did. That right there should be something to disqualify him from becoming a judge.

Maybe. I didn't get a chance to watch any of the news of this yet today, just the 20 minutes or so of the live feed earlier. Of course Fox will follow Trump's orders and spin everything positive.
