No I am just not your standard athlete...in the last 35 years I have mostly been living a semi pro lifestyle with 8 workouts in 5 days and 2 days pause...mostly grappling and bjj...my last steroid cycle was maybe 20 years ago...it never helped with sparring, raised blood viscousity so much that my forearms become pudding and have no grip...210 is nothing special at 6'3 and 10%...you need to train with better athletes...


As for my know it all behaviour, I used to be a professional supplier of anabolic steroids even though my main focus was on bootleg viagra...I know more about hormones than anybody here because I have practical knowledge that I acquired outside of shitty BB mags and scammy forums...1000s of clients and 100s of emails daily for more than 15 years...

On the orher hand the local experts here read some book AHAHAHAHAHA


Now somebody can either explain why getting nutrients from inferior sugar filled sources like fruit is good, or they do not know what they are talking about...it is a simple question...should be easy to answer for some braniac right?
