about 12 to 14%, these were both a couple of years later to when he was under 10%, that was when he was in competitions...
He wasnŽt training as much here in these pics and we were on holiday 2 or 3 times over in Spain every year, drinking, smoking, partying & eating lots...
The point is, as long as you do everything in moderation, eat what you want, BK, mc donalds, sugary drinks like coke & pepsi, but train daily, tbh, you can keep your body and as long as youŽre drinking healthy stuff too, clean straight water, olives, fresh fish & meats, vegies...
