Gary used to be 9% when he was training & 12 to 13 stone, he´s never had a diet & just enjoyed eating everything & anything, but working out at least 3 to 4 hrs of most days...





he´s honestly more happier now, not stressing on training & what he looks like, what he´s wearing and stuff. He just enjoys life, food and drink, not a care apart from swimming occasionally & we work most of the time
