The most disciplined person I know got to 2% body fat with a trick method tho...she loves chocolate but can not eat it while prepping for a competition...she stuffs her mouth full of chocolate and then chews it and spits it out after like 20 seconds...then rinses her mouth with water like 5x so as not to consume a single calorie from it...it works wonders for her...

I guess you dont have many bodybuilding friends. Many of us, myself included eat plenty of fruit/carbs and sit at single digit bf %'s year round.
