1. That is EXACTLY what I said in my postings above...for DECADES.
2. Again...that is EXACTLY what I said when I said there was no FBI for the first 100 plus years of our country. Are you even reading what I'm typing?
3. There was no FBI for the late 1700's when the founding fathers were in charge. Nor the 1800's.
And "due diligence" is NOT a background check. Background checks are so intrusive and such an invasion of privacy that the Supreme Court had to rule on it in 2011 over employers using background checks (they upheld that they can)
