I too enjoy BUMPing this thread to be honest. It just feels good.
We did get back a chunk of our account funds, via a lawyer (not Zahavi), and my ex biz associate holds a local (california) judgment against him and the associated entities. A judgment is only as good as the ability to enforce it though. |
