It's a one time thing. And every casino will ask to do the same. All in the name of security enforced by the online gambling commission.
This company is actually more relaxed compared to some other casinos I've dealt with. Scary but true.
It's not actually as hard as it seems.
Take a picture of ID with phone (drivers or passport)
Screen shot bank statement proving deposit (or online processor)
Screen shot ebill or take a picture of any bill dated within the last 3 months. Make sure your address is showing (utility or phone bill).
Take picture of front and back of credit or debit card (if used), covering certain numbers including CVS. I usually rip pieces of paper and cover them.
These are the usual steps for all legitimate online casinos.
I do everything from my phone, takes about 5 minutes.
