The growing industry is so huge and lucrative here ,the cops can't catch up .They simply do not have the resources.It was estimated there are about 5 k known grow ops.You just get 4 or 5 rental houses and move on .The fines are minimum ..no jail time..why not? B.C has one of the best strains of bud and setting up is so easy.Grandma/Grandpa operations even are in for the loot
