As far as the actual subject...and not your pathetic attempt at online mind-reading...

I think that as far as the NFL goes, they should just stop playing the National Anthem before the games. Problem solved.

As far as Nike goes, I am interested to see if the ad campaign with Kapernick helps or hurts them. It has hurt their stock so far. But that could all change with good sales.

The only thing I can tell from my own experience is: Military veterans don't like the "kneeling" during the national anthem. Especially the older ones. I saw that first hand last year here in Vegas in a sports book on a strip casino. There was a convention of vets from the Vietnam war...and when I went to the bar there was a lot of loud conversation about how pissed off they were about it.
They aren't Nike's target audience of course. But I'm sure they all have family members who are and don't like it either.

At the gym (I go to the LVAC gyms here in Vegas) I hear a lot of locker room talk about it as well. Haven't heard even one positive comment about kneeling. It's all negative. And that is from Nike's target demographic: Young athletic minded men. White, black, Hispanic, and Asian...the conversations are never in favor of kneeling.

So we will see. Maybe it will work. Or maybe a dumbass on GFY will tell me that I am "desperate" soley based on giving my opinion on a subject that doesn't affect me one way or another.

Still can't figure out what that was all about... lol
