Yeah, i'm going to second that myself. Despite being a major proponent of intermittent fasting it can potentially make things MUCH worse for depression short term. More so if you aren't used to it.
Go for a walk, get some sun, eat some vegetables. All these will help.
If not then you need to talk to someone for help.
