Pretty sure his "twitter phone" is probably the most secure phone on Earth... There's probably a team that is stationed at twitter itself.... Hell every tweet probably goes through a layer of verification's before even posted.. The account is likely monitored 24/7/365... There is no twist on his words by the spin doctors...
