get yourself a notepad and write a routine...
you want your 3 meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
you want to do something important for your life, business & pleasure.
So choose 3 things, work, spend an hour doing something each day you enjoy, exercise, helping charities, anything for an hour each day, preferably after lunch so you have the rest of the day for you & work...
cut down on all fatty products or high caffeine. Sleep for 7 hrīs and if you canīt sleep, have a warm bath before you go to bed.
