education and beginning of the career

Ella is a highly educated professional specializing in management and linguistics. Now she has two degrees but she still is planning on getting MBA. Firstly, she studied linguistics in Russia and then she got the grant by Luther College in the USA and became a specialist in management and linguistics. After a successful graduation she came back to Russia and started her career as a junior manager in the Mitsubishi Corporation, but later she decided to open her own business and launched her own localization agency. This project was a success, but Ella decided to move on.

In 2015 Ella started her work in AdCombo as an internal affiliate. At that time our company was a startup project. Further development of the company created the need in the external communicator. Ella got a promotion to the head of affiliate management department.

Ella is responsible for three main objectives in AdCombo: leading B2B accounts as AM, team management of 10+ AMs, participating in platform development processes and external business communication. And she is good at managing all three areas.

Ella likes scuba diving, historical reenactors and yoga. She also learns how to play the ukulele.
