Business question

Do you think that over the last two years adult webmasters have become more lazy?

I mean if a noob was to come into the industry today is it easier today than it would have been a coupleof years ago with all of the hosted gallerys, free content, hosting, traffic etc which is being made in order for them to actually 'make' more money what is the need for affiliate programs such as ARSE to offer webmasters hosted gallerys, free content and hosting?

Is the apprent upsurge in 'tools' being offered to webmasters going to be the ultimate downfall of the industry as a whole?

Would it not make sense to go back to how things were done in the 'golden days' where webmasters actually had to work to make their money rather than throwing up a html page linking nothing but hosted galleries on it and sending their traffic to their 'tgp' in the hopes that the tools they have been provided will actually make them some money? Does having all of these shiney new tools not dilute everyones collective money making abilities to the point where affiliate programs should just have their own people building free sites etc etc in order for them to make traffic or, even further still, have affiliate programs just go out and spend a few k at a traffic broker in order for them to, quite literally, own all the traffic that is made available to us as webmasters every single day?

What do you think about this? Are we being blinded with promotional tools and is this having a larger negative effect on the persons we are drawing into our business by them not having to learn the true 'value' of marketing to their surfers in order to make them retain and be of value to the paysite and affiliate program owners?

Lets discuss
