90% of all brown skinned non-Black suspects are described as Black when fleeing a scene.
So the accuracy of such descriptions is about 10%.
The cops know this because they actually get the correct person after getting descriptions that are way off.
Truth : in America, a Mexican, Puerto Rican, Arab, etc... are all described as Black when fleeing a scene.
