Thanks. I tried osTicket years ago and used it for one site. It worked fine so I’ll try it again. Tomorrow I’ll get on my laptop and try it out and Zendesk, too.
If I like it, I might register a domain for it in case of DDOSor hackers. One of those 88 cent domain names. domainsupport.site or domainsupport.info type.
