1. this girl came to the police in november last year and told them that she is not sure if it was him or not.
(imagine you get raped for months every day and then you are not sure).

2. she helped the police to make a phantom picture what is so unaccurat that you could hail 2/3 of citizens in Germany.

3. Instead of helping the police she went to Irak and complaints that the police is not calling here there - but the police can not reach her.

4. The name she told the police is unknown. She does not know nothing about this guy and can not even remember his face.

so WHAT A FUCK shall the police do ?
bring all to jail who are from there ?
