If you think you haven't, just go to the nearest clinic and do the test. It is a paid one in the USA, right? Take my condolences, but try to find some pocket money and do it already... or get a visa to Russia. Here you can do it anonymously and for free in any HIV-center (they will also test you for hepatitis etc).
