I don't guess. I've been to an American clinic once when I had a suspicion on appendicitis. Nothing special at all. I mean not better than any normal (I don't know where bladehomo takes the pictures from) municipal clinic in Moscow. But have you been to private Russian clinics? I mean the ones like those your family is paying for? Man there you will literally have your own blackjack and hookers (literally!) And it will cost you about 10x times less than your clinic in the States.
